Waltrovka was originally an aircraft engine factory in Prague, its area spread over 17 hectares. Today, it is a modern, fully fledged urban district with 700 apartments, office buildings, a polyclinic and other amenities, including a kindergarten. As with other projects, we did not fully utilize the possibilities of the zoning plan, which is why at first glance the Waltrovka development includes much more greenery than is usual for new buildings. The project also includes a large revitalized park.

Currently, we are continuing the construction in the Waltrovka area further down in the Radlické údolí with the Nová Waltrovka project. This includes a new hotel and two modern and exceptionally high-quality office buildings, as well as a wide boulevard for pedestrians and cyclists, in addition to a large amount of greenery and many relaxation zones. A residential development with almost 500 apartments will follow.
