KIKA, Europe's leading retailer of furniture and accessories will open its second Bratislava facility in Bory Retail Zone, which is a commercial section of the wider development of the Bory project. Construction should start after obtaining all necessary permits; the project is currently in the process of an EIA compliance assessment. The estimated opening date of the new KIKA facility is Autumn 2018.

The new KIKA facility will be located on a land plot with an area of 18,800 m2, and on three above-ground storeys it will be offering furniture and home accessories in a sales area of nearly 10.000 m2.

“We are pleased that the next addition to Bory will be KIKA, a company which fits very well into the wide offering of Bory Retail Zone. Customers can already find many well-known brands here, and the zone also includes the Bory Mall shopping and entertainment centre,” says Rostislav Novák, Business Director for Commercial Real Estate at Penta Investments.
