Penta entered the real estate sector in 2005 and today is one of the most notable developers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We currently have more than 40 residential, office and retail projects in our portfolio completed or in preparation.

We emphasize not only the architecture and quality of the project itself, including the application of the principles of low-impact development, but also the development of public spaces in the surrounding area. These are characterized by a high proportion of greenery, sports areas and chill-out zones.
Penta Real Estate also focuses on the revitalization of brownfields, for instance (among others) the Masaryčka project in Prague and SKY PARK in Bratislava, both designed by the world-famous architectural studio Zaha Hadid Architects.
