Slovnaft

Slovnaft is an oil-refinery company with the largest retail network for car fuels and lubricants in Slovakia. As part of a consortium, Penta acquired a 8% share of its equity, later increased it to over 15%. In July 2002, Penta sold its share to other partners in the consortium.
