In 2008 Penta acquired one of the leading Polish window manufacturers Okna Rabien and in 2009 the acquisition of premium window producer in Slovakia, Noves Okna, was completed. In the same time, the holding brand Hasau Group has been created.
Starting after 2012, however, Penta decided not to continue operating in this sector as a consequence of a further slump in construction sales, which mainly affected its operations in Poland.
