AB Facility provides facility management, building technology services, cleaning services, construction and landscaping, energy management and integrated facility management. In January 2016, Penta sold 100% of the ownership of AB Facility, a.s., in the Czech Republic, as well as AB Facility, s.r.o., in Slovakia to Atalian CZ.
