From the start of this year, Pentra Real Estate Company has closed the sale of three office buildings in its portfolio. After selling Rosum in Bratislava, the company completed a transaction in Poland within a single month by selling the office complex D48 and the office building BCT1 in Košice.
The Rosum office project was sold for 60 million Euro by Penta Real Estate to the Austrian company European City Estates at the beginning of this year. In April, the Company sold the office building BCT1 to Occam Real Estate. Under an agreement between both parties, a transaction sum has not been disclosed. The third successful acquisition is the D48 office building in Warsaw in Poland. Penta Real Estate sold the premises to a Slovak entity – Prvý realitný fond (PFR) covered by IAD Investments’ portfolio. Like in the case of BCT1 deal, a transaction sum has not been disclosed as well.
“The three successful acquisitions completed over the course of a few months prove the fact that Penta Real Estate is one of the attractive property developers running quality projects that are interesting in their technical quality and commercial nature to local investors as well as international investors. Last but not least, we are pleased that agreements have been concluded with the new owners despite the current crisis situation brought about by COVID-19 pandemic,“ said Tomáš Laštovka, Group CEO of Penta Real Estate. “From our perspective of a property developer, all the three projects have been exceptionally successful, and they are a perfect advert for Penta Real Estate for the future,“ remarked Laštovka.
