Zabka is a chain of convenience-type retail stores in Poland and the Czech Republic, offering food and other goods in centres of towns and busy residential areas. Penta was managing the business development and regional expansion.
In 2011, Czech Žabka was sold to a strategic player - Tesco Stores CZ, and Zabka Polska to private equity company - Mid Europa Partners.
