Prima banka Slovensko has been active on the market since 1993 and has a majority position in the area of services to cities and towns. In 2017 it has strengthened its position significantly by merging with Sberbank Slovensko. Penta has been a majority owner of Prima banka Slovensko since 2011.
The bank maintains long-term partnerships with municipalities, but its new strategy also means a more profound targeting of retail clients, which is accompanied with simplification of the product and services portfolio and widening of the branch and ATM networks.
