Iglotex is the leading Polish manufacturer and distributor of frozen foods and ice cream.
The group was created in January 2011 by merging Iglotex (Northern Poland) with Iglokrak (Southern Poland), the latter being part of Penta's portfolio already since 2010. In the new Iglotex Group, Penta owned a 50% share. Its goal was to consolidate and restructure the entire segment of frozen food and its distribution within the HoReCa sector in Poland.
In 2023, Penta sold its 50% stake in Iglotex to the Wlodarczyk family.
